TERMS & CONDITIONS On booking and paying a deposit you agree to be bound by these user terms. It is the responsibility of the person who books (the client) to understand,agree and be responsible for all booking conditions, including all payments made by specific dates.They are responsible for ensuring each of the bridal party is aware of the costs of our services and full payment for the booking. Please use your wedding date and full name as a reference in your correspondence.
PRICING Please note that all prices are subject to change. Notice will be given of any changes.We have a minimum appointment charge of £50 for that hairstylist or make up artist to attend a Wedding Party.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT OF FINAL
BALANCE Once your deposit is paid, it is deemed you have accepted our terms & conditions.Upon booking,you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of £30.
You will be asked to pay your deposit and balance via Sum Up. Your final Balance is due 48hrs/2 days before your Wedding Day,failure to do so may result in us cancelling your appointment and a penalty fee may apply.
CANCELLATIONS We require 2 weeks notice for the cancellation of the booking. Cancelling individual hair or make up will require the same 2 weeks notice.
If you reschedule the wedding, in the event we are unable to accommodate this, Complete Bride reserve the right to cancel if no alternate date can be
agreed.We of course will make every attempt to cover your rescheduled date.
EXTRA PERSONS/ SERVICES added after your appointment is made. We will endeavour to accommodate them should time allow which may not be possible at short notice. Extra persons added on the day must pay prior to service and in cash.
REFUNDS Complete Bride does not offer refunds for completed services. We always aim to ensure that our brides and their parties are happy before we leave. Should you require any changes to our services, the onus is on the client to notify us whilst on location.
TIMING You will be given an appointment time and location by us.This is subject to change should Complete Bride be required to do so. It
is crucial that you are at your booked venue and location for the appointment time given. If there are delays due to this not being the case, Complete Bride is not responsible if the desired completion time is not met. Should unforeseen circumstances arise that cause us delay, we will notify the client as soon as possible. In case of a situation arising beyond our control that prevents us from attending your event,we will make every effort to find you a replacement professional.Complete Bride accepts no liability for loss or provision of services due to circumstances beyond our control.
TRIALS are not given as standard as we cannot guarantee same stylist/artist will remain available for both dates.
STAFF We operate a zero tolerance policy against discrimination of any nature against our staff. Any form of threats, abuse, violence or unreasonable behaviour will not be tolerated and our staff reserves the right to leave any situation in which they feel threatened or unsafe. Complete Bride will require full payment of complete or incomplete services, should this situation arise.
‘Mill Packages’. Complete Bride will require a deposit if you add further services to the pre paid package arranged and agreed with the The Mill Forge. All other terms and conditions apply.
