Terms and Conditions On booking you agree to be bound by these user terms.  It is the responsibility of the person who books to understand, agree and be responsible for all booking conditions, including all payments made by specific dates.  Please use your wedding date and full name as reference on any correspondence. Payment Full payment is the responsibility of the person booking.  Should everyone in the bridal party wish to pay separately, it is the responsibility of the person booking to ensure this is done prior to our arrival, so that only the balance is collected by our staff.  An invoice will be sent by email correspondence, price lists are available on request. Please note if you are paying the balance on the day, we only accept cash and/or card. If you wish to pay your balance prior to the day we can accept bank transfers, at least 48 hours before your appointment .PRICING Please note that all prices are subject to change.  Notice will be given of any future payments. Deposits Upon booking, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit  which under no circumstances is redeemable.  However, should you reschedule it will be transferred to your new appointment only if available. Extra persons/services Should you require any extra services to be added after your appointment is made, please let us know and we will add this to your booking where and when available.  If any additional people require our services on the day but do not have an appointment, we will endeavour to accommodate them should time allow us to do so.  Any ‘extras’ added in to your booking after your deposit is paid, will be amended on invoice and added to the balance on the day with prior approval of Complete Bride only.  Whilst we endeavour to assist, it may not be possible at short notice. REFUND Complete Bride does not offer refunds for completed services.  We always aim to ensure that our brides and their parties are happy before we leave.  Should you require any changes to our services, the onus is on the client to notify stall whilst on location. CANCELLATIONS We ask that you kindly give us a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment.  Cancellations or missed appointments without prior notice will be charged at the full cost of the appointment.  Complete Bride reserve the right to cancel if no alternate time can be arranged.  If cancelled with less than 2 weeks’ notice, full payment will be required. TIMING It is crucial that you are at your booked venue for the appointment time given to you by Complete Bride.  Complete Bride is not responsible if desired completion time is not met due to wedding party delay.  You are given an appointment time when booking although; this is subject to change should we be required to do so.  Brides do not choose the time we arrive.   Should unforeseen circumstances arise that cause us delay, we will notify the person responsible for the booking as soon as possible.  In case of situation arising beyond our control and prevents us from attending your event, we will make every effort to find you a replacement professional.Complete Bride accepts no liability to loss or provision of services due to circumstances beyond our control (adverse weather condition, road closures, closures of other services i.e. hotel/venue etc…) TRIALS  are not given as standard as we cannot guarantee same stylist/artist will remain available for both dates although we would endeavour to do so.  We reserve the right to change/replace staff within working constraints.  Once your deposit is paid, it is deemed you have accepted our terms & conditions as supplied to you, unless we receive written confirmation that you do not wish to go ahead. STAFF Any form of threats, abuse, violence or unreasonable behaviour will not be tolerated and our staff reserves the right to leave any situation in which they feel threatened or unsafe.  Complete Bride will require full payment of complete or incomplete services, should this situation arise.  We reserve the right to cancel appointments immediately should any of the above arise.

No deposits are required for the Bride on ‘Mill Package’ bookings, but are required for additional services ie extra bridesmaids etc. All other ther terms and conditions apply.
